Image Classroom Inner Circle Annual Plan… NOTE: After 365 days you’ll automatically renew at the charter member price of $97.00 per year for each year you’re an active IC IC member (email support@imageclassroom.com to cancel at any time).

Image Classroom Inner Circle Quarterly Plan: NOTE: After 90 days you’ll automatically renew at the charter member price of $47.00 every 3 months as long as you’re an active IC IC member (email support@imageclassroom.com to cancel at any time).

Image Classroom Inner Circle Monthly Plan… NOTE: After 30 days you’ll automatically renew at the charter member price of $17.00 every month as long as you’re an active IC IC member (email support@imageclassroom.com to cancel at any time).

There is a 7 day refund period for Image Classroom Inner monthly, quarterly or yearly membership fees…from the date of your order…

You can cancel at anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Your request must be received at least 24 hours prior to your subscription renewal date, or the cancellation will not be effective until the following month.

Here’s why… A lot of time, effort and money goes into these video training courses and you’re getting access to the complete training library over 185 pro tutorials… You also receive 24/7 access to our community and live group coaching calls…

For example here’s some of the cost’s we incur to manage Image Classroom pro: Studio rental, hiring models, hiring videographers, editing the video series, web hosting fees, online shopping cart fees and video hosting fees etc… associated with the video training courses library…

We also provide dedicated support for all of our training products.

We also strive to offer our video training courses at lower prices than our competitors to provide you with maximum value.

For these reasons we have a strict 7 day refund policy for our training courses and Image Classroom IC membership fees. If you disagree with our 7 refund policy, please do not purchase or join Image Classroom Inner Circle.

There are also no refunds for One on One Coaching with Craig Beckta or for Portfolio reviews, you can reschedule your appointment time if you can’t make it.

Refunds. PAYMENTS FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS.

Following a cancellation of a monthly membership, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

For Multi-Month or Annual FULL ACCESS MEMBERSHIPS

(Full Access Membership to be defined as any multi-month or annual membership that provides access to the Image Classroom Pro complete library or all course and videos)

Following a cancellation of a Multi-Month or Annual Full Access Membership NO REFUNDS SHALL BE ISSUED, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

For Multi-Month or Annual LIMITED ACCESS MEMBERSHIPS (Limited Access Membership to be defined as any multi-month or annual membership with limited or segmented access to the Image Classroom Pro of courses and videos), Following a cancellation of a Multi-Month or Annual Limited Access Membership NO REFUNDS SHALL BE ISSUED, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

Payment Methods. You may change your payment method by contacting Image Classroom Support Desk or emailing support @ Image Classroom Pro.com. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account (see, “Cancellation” below), you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

Cancellation. You may cancel your Image Classroom Monthly, quarterly or Annual membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Image Classroom service through the end of your monthly billing period. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PERIODS.

To cancel,  email ( support @ Image Classroom.com ) with a cancellation request. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

If you signed up for Image Classroom using your account with a third party as a Payment Method, and wish to cancel your membership at any time, including during your $1 trial, you may need to do so through such third party, including by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from, the service through that third party. You may also find billing information about your Image Classroom Pro membership by visiting your account with the applicable third party.

Note: Due to the variety of different computers, operating systems, audio and video codecs, internet browsers and internet speeds. There are no refunds for audio or video playback issues.

Our training videos play perfectly fine over a number of different operating systems and internet browsers. We use a state of the art video streaming service called Vimeo.

Our support team will make an effort to help you troubleshoot your technical issues but we are not computer experts. You are also required to do your own due diligence when it comes to updating your computer software and audio and video codes.

And we also ask that you make an effort to troubleshoot your own computer and software in regards to any playback issues.

If you have any wi-fi issues due to poor connection speed, we ask that you plug your computer directly into your computer modem.  We are not responsible for poor or slow internet connections. We have a very robust server and our website runs smoothly.
